Limited Warranty

Warranty starts from date of purchase by the consumer but within a year from the date dealer purchases the unit. During the warranty coverage period, manufacturer will cover manufacturer defective parts.

Defective parts maybe requested by manufacturer for review in order to approve the warranty parts for replacement. Customers/Dealers are responsible for shipping charges incurred from shipping replacement parts. Warranty does not cover shipping damages, misuse, abuse, or other reasons except for manufacturer’s defect.

The following parts are covered under warranty, along with their warranted period:

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a defect in material of workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, modification to the vehicle that are not approved parts, normal wear and tear, abuse or corrosion and the following parts and items:

This warranty does not cover any product that has been altered structurally, modified in any way, neglected, improperly maintained, used for racing, or used for purposes other than which it was manufactured.
