PAYMENTS Stateside Powersports accepts by Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (additional 3% for credit card purchases), Cashiers Check, and Money Order.

PACKAGING Units are mostly or fully assembled, in a steel crate, and surrounded by a cardboard box. Many shipments are usually palletized and shrink wrapped, depending on the shipment.
LIABILITY INSURANCE Stateside Powersports carries liability insurance and is glad to provide proof to any of our Wholesale Customers.
SHIPPING Orders
placed over the weekend are considered Monday morning orders. We ship
Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Most orders placed by 12pm
EST ship the same day. We will provide a shipping rate when we receive your
order, or you can e-mail sales@statesidepowersports.com
prior to ordering. Please include the exact models and
quantities, as well as the delivery zip code when requesting a shipping
quote. Shipping costs are based on weight, and the larger the order
the more you will save on shipping per unit.
DELIVERY INSPECTION All units should be thoroughly inspected for apparent and concealed
damage when receiving, and all notations of damage written on the Bill of Lading before signing. Carriers will not pay claims unless a thorough delivery inspection is conducted complete with damage notations.
SHIPPING DAMAGE Our preferred carrier, Estes Express, has a 99.6%
success rate of delivering shipments claim-free. However, if there is
damage
to a unit then damage notations should be made on the Bill of Lading prior to receiving. E-mail sales@statesidepowersports.com with a thorough description of the damage, and we will e-mail you a carrier damage claim form along with an invoice estimating the cost of replacement parts and/or plastic to make the repair. You will need these, along with pictures clearly showing the damage.
